Meet the Queen of Change & Transformation
I know what it feels like to outgrow your entire life. To wake up one day realizing the version of yourself you've been living no longer fits.
A few months after graduating with a degree in Psychology, I experienced a heartbreak and breakup that completely shook the foundation of the life I thought I was going to have. In the aftermath of that season, I found myself uncertain about who I was, what I wanted, and where my life was meant to go. At 24 years old, I took a leap of faith, left behind my small hometown in Wisconsin, and moved across the country to Texas to completely rebuild my life.
Years later, while working as a real estate agent, I experienced one of the most profound realizations of my life. As I opened the door showing a home for a client, I heard a quiet inner voice say:
"You are here to help people find the homes WITHIN!"
That moment changed everything. It was then that I began to look for my own home within. Diving head first into personal development and healing.
Then life led me to another surprise.
While studying hypnosis, coaching, and NLP, I met the love of my life at the training. A month later, when the pandemic began, he invited me to quarantine with him across the country, and I said yes, taking another leap of faith and beginning a completely new chapter with a man I had only just met (when you know, you know 😉)
After that, life unfolded in ways I never could have planned. Together, we built businesses through the uncertainty of the pandemic while navigating our own seasons of reinvention after moving to Austin. We later created a retreat business, got married, and eventually took another leap of faith by selling our things to travel the world as digital nomads.
Calling five different European countries home expanded my perspective and changed me deeply. Experiencing different cultures, ways of living, and versions of myself reshaped my identity in ways I never expected.
When we returned to Austin in 2024, I found myself trying to return to a life that had once fit me, while realizing I was no longer the same woman who had left. Much of the life and identity I had built no longer aligned with who I was becoming.
For years, I had been refining what would eventually become the ALIGNED™ Method, but before I could fully guide others through this work, I had to live it again myself. I had to remember what it felt like to lose alignment, question myself, and sit in the uncertainty between who I had been and who I was becoming.
Through that experience, the work became something far more than a framework or philosophy. It became embodied. I stopped trying to force who I thought I should be and began building my life around who I truly was, living more deeply aligned with my soul's purpose.
And that is the work I now guide others through.
